How to order – Orders for doors can be placed by phone (818) 470-1444, or by using my website E-mail form.
Payment methods – I accept visa, mastercard, american express or check. If giving a check deposit, I cannot begin production on your order until your check is cleared. Also, please contact me for a free visit so I can take exact measurments of your door encasement. Payment is required before production can be started.
Lead times – Production lead time during the summer is about 3-6 weeks. During the winter season, it is about 1-4 weeks (depending on the order). Please allow 1 week for installation. Some doors, depending on how custom they are, may take longer than normal lead time. Painted or stained doors take longer than unfinished doors.
